Analyze client workflows and design solutions that optimize the use of Odoo standard features
Create detailed Functional and Technical Blueprints to translate business requirements into development tasks
Develop Odoo modules and implement automated actions to streamline business processes
Lead data migration strategies, including data cleansing and executing complex imports
Act as the primary liaison between clients and developers to ensure project alignment and success
What is Required (Qualifications):
Previous experience in a similar role with Odoo
Strong client interaction skills to effectively communicate and understand business needs
Proficiency in English and Spanish
Ability to analyze server logs and troubleshoot technical issues
Experience in creating and customizing Odoo modules and reports
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with Python to enhance Odoo customizations
Familiarity with QWeb for customizing PDF reports and email templates
Proven ability to provide advanced training to key users
