The Workforce Staffing (WFS) team is looking for a non‑exempt Staffing Administrator to coordinate and execute activities supporting high‑volume hiring and staffing efforts within a defined geography.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, execute, and break down New Hiring Events (NHE) and New Hire Orientations (NHO) based on labor projections to meet labor order demands and fill positions on time.

Support candidate activity to ensure all electronic paperwork is completed on time.

Provide follow‑up correspondence to candidates regarding recruiting status via phone and email.

Track recruiting activities and report candidate status.

Attend community fairs, hiring events, and job fairs.

Answer basic questions regarding the recruiting process.

Generate basic reporting from Salesforce.

Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.

Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.

Assist in onboarding of new hires and off‑boarding of employees.

Perform administrative tasks as needed.

Execute NHE activities including greeter, welcome event presenter, candidate care specialist, computer assistance, badge photo, and/or drug test ambassador.

Work a flexible schedule with varying shifts, including evenings and weekends across multiple sites.

Travel as required to conduct events in various locations within designated node or assigned area.

Basic Qualifications

High school or equivalent diploma.

Experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑oriented environment such as operations, administrative support, customer service, retail, hospitality, staffing, recruiting, human resources, or other related field.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access.

Current associates must be in good standing.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Windows, Word, Excel, MyTime (Kronos), and PowerPoint.

Experience in administrative tasks such as data entry, managing data‑driven report processes.

Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience required.

Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills with emphasis on tact and confidentiality.

1‑2 years of experience in a high‑volume administrative support role or equivalent.

Previous experience in Human Resources, Staffing, or Recruiting.

Recruiting assistant experience preferred; professional services experience desirable.

Comfortable speaking in front of large groups.

Problem‑solving ability, able to troubleshoot issues independently and drive them to closure with minimal supervision.

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or other tracking and reporting systems like Salesforce.

Bi‑lingual skills are a plus.

The base pay for this position ranges from $15/hr in our lowest geographic market up to $35.58/hr in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
