Overall Purpose: The primary role of this position is to support the company by handling a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operation of the office. Managing communications, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and assisting with various office duties to support the President and HR Team.
Essential Functions:
HR Administration
Coordinate and schedule meetings, assist with booking conference rooms, and ordering lunches as needed.
Electronic filing of documents
Organize and capture data related to intermittent FMLA.
Provide day-to-day assistance and provide timely responses to employees by utilizing different platforms of communication (in person, email, texting, etc.)
Manage and maintain training records.
Actively participate in the community service committee
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong organizational, scheduling and time management skills
Ability to operate with high amount of confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power point)
Attention to detail
Physical Requirements:
Verbal & written communication
Activities such as lifting, or pushing/pulling
Activities where repetitive movement is required such typing
Protective Clothing and Personal Devices: Safety glasses, safety shoes and hearing protection when in production
