Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy
Family / Personal Assistant
to support a busy family in Miami. The ideal candidate is
bilingual (English and Spanish),
comfortable driving, and able to manage schedules, logistics, and day‑to‑day household operations with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Manage the household’s daily schedule, including family calendar coordination and activity planning
Organize and maintain principals’ and children’s appointments, schedules, and reminders
Drive children to and from school, activities, appointments, and events as needed
Coordinate household logistics, including packages, deliveries, returns, maintenance visits, and inventory
Oversee and communicate with other household staff and vendors
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, errands, bookings, and reservations
Help maintain an organized, efficient home and assist between the private residence and office as required
Requirements
Fluent in English and Spanish
Valid driver’s license; confident driving children
Prior experience as a house manager, personal assistant, or in a similar private household role
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Previous experience supporting a family in a private home setting
Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Full‑time position with some flexibility based on family needs
