What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage day-to-day project execution for GenerAI product builds, ensuring tasks, timelines, and deliverables stay on track
Coordinate work across engineering, design, and business teams to maintain alignment and remove blockers
Serve as a key communication channel across teams, ensuring updates, risks, and decisions are clearly conveyed
Assist in translating user needs and feedback into actionable work items
Promote agile ways of working and help maintain a positive, collaborative team environment
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or PMO roles supporting digital, software, or AI-related workstreams
Experience working within agile delivery teams (Scrum, Kanban)
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
Experience partnering closely with engineering, design, and product leaders
Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Exposure to Generative AI concepts or AI-enabled product development
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar platforms
Experience working in consulting or enterprise technology environments
Project management or agile certification
