Typical Day

Serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the National Attendance Program (NAP), ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Developing deep knowledge of contract language related to attendance requirements and disciplinary actions.

Auditing attendance and tardiness timekeeping codes, correcting and updating employee records as necessary.

Qualifications

Hold a Bachelor's Degree and have one or more years of experience in a unionized manufacturing environment.

Proficient in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and possess strong Excel data analysis skills.

Available to work all shifts: day shift, night shift, and weekend shift work.
