Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst for a local company in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, configuring hardware and software, and working with a team to improve system performance.

Salary:
$19/hour
Role Overview Provide technical support for PCs, printers, software, and networking technologies. Configure equipment and software, train users, and document solutions for ongoing support. Serve as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting IT-related issues and collaborate with IT team members to resolve problems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for desktop systems, software, hardware, and network infrastructure.
Respond to assistance requests via phone, email, or help desk system.
Track issues to resolution and update the internal knowledge base.
Escalate complex problems to appropriate teams.
Maintain passwords, data integrity, and file system security.
Communicate technical information to technical and non-technical personnel.
Recommend hardware and software solutions, including upgrades.
Support users with email, LAN/WAN, printers, desktop images, and applications.
Act as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting IT problems.
Liaise between users and technical escalation teams.
Clean, modify, and repair computer hardware.
Perform local travel as required.
Other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Help Desk or IT customer service.
Experience with Windows 7 and above in a server domain environment.
Experience creating domain accounts in Active Directory.
Experience troubleshooting unfamiliar software.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field.
Superior customer service and strong written/verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
Strong organization and tracking skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Proficiency with common desktop applications and ticketing systems.
