Accounts Payable Specialist | Phoenix, AZ | $23-$25HR LHH is seeking to hire an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client's growing team in Phoenix, AZ! This is an excellent opportunity for a driven AP professional with strong solid SAP experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day full-cycle AP Process

Oversee the accurate and timely processing of all supplier invoices, payments, and credit memos (high volume experience)

Ensure 3-way matching and reconciliation processes are followed in accordance with company policy

Oversee and review employee expense reports, ensuring compliance and timely reimbursement

Maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies or disputes

Partner with other accounting, procurement, and operational teams for cross-department collaboration

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of GAAP

3+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience

Strong SAP ERP experience is required

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and expense reporting systems (Concur preferred)

Pay Details:

$23.00 to $25.00 per hour
