An established law firm with multiple offices in NC is seeking an experienced
Trusts and Estate Attorney , with experience helping ultra‑high net worth clients, to join its team in its
Raleigh, NC
area office. This is an amazing opportunity to join a respected practice with complex assignments.

What You Will Do:
Customizing tax and estate planning advice
Researching and applying rules governing estate, gift, GST and income taxation of trusts and estates
Trust and Estate Administration advice (preparation of Form 706 and Form 709)
Ability to work directly with clients to establish, develop and maintain long‑term relationships
What We Need From You:
Licensed to practice in NC or willing to become licensed
4+ years of experience in Trusts and Estate planning as an attorney
Experience assisting
ultra‑high net worth
clients
LL.M. in Taxation or Estate planning
preferred
