Responsibilities
Attend trials/arbitrations, depositions, mediations, and other court appearances.
Prepare pleadings, set up motions, and draft legal documents, mediation briefs, and trial briefs.
Manage a challenging, fast‑paced, and interesting case load.
Work effectively within a team environment while adhering to strict deadlines.
Train in Personal Injury Law if needed.
Qualifications
5+ years of Elder Abuse law firm experience.
Admission to the State Bar of California.
Previous experience in personal injury litigation cases.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to lead and effectively manage team members.
Our client requests three excellent candidates within a few days. We work directly with the hiring manager and can arrange interviews within a few days.
