Dive into Data: Identify, structure, and collect data across the entire employee lifecycle and build a “People Data Warehouse,” combining data from our global HRIS and other systems. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, collaborate with financial teams to ensure data consistency, improve data quality, and enable cost transparency. Add value to Data: Analyze people and financial data, including workforce costs, and prepare standard & customized reports to identify trends, detect and evaluate patterns, opportunities, and risks. Provide actionable recommendations to improve performance and cost efficiency. Lead Transformation Projects: Drive initiatives to optimize hire-to-retire processes, enhance employee experience, and help implement cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Ensure Governance & Compliance: Support CSRD-compliant annual reporting for “S1 Own Workforce” and ESG-reporting formats (e.g., Ecovadis). Maintain the Bilfinger global HR risk controlling matrix and support information preparation for the Annual General Meeting. Develop and Implement Metrics: Define KPIs for workforce productivity, utilization, and cost efficiency. Build predictive models to forecast organizational outcomes, workforce costs, and enable strategic workforce planning. Enhance functional budgeting and cost controlling process: Assist in functional budgeting process, including cost planning, forecasting, and variance analysis. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, Controlling, Statistics, or related field; certifications (e.g., PMP, SHRM) are a plus. 5+ years of experience in an international environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data tools (Excel, SQL, statistical software); HR reporting and People Analytics experience is a plus.
