Senior ServiceNow Developer
Our direct client is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities. The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
Build workflows, Flow Designer solutions, scripts, and automations
Support ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and custom applications
Develop and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
Troubleshoot platform issues and support upgrades
Follow ServiceNow best practices and participate in code reviews
Mentor junior developers as needed
Required Skills
Strong ServiceNow development experience
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
Experience with integrations and automation
Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture and CMDB
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Preferred
ServiceNow certifications (CSA/CAD/CIS)
Experience in large enterprise or government environments
Agile/Scrum experience
