We are currently hiring for RAN Wireless SME
Key Responsibilities
Lead system engineering activities including product and feature requirement development, performance analysis, and new technology introduction for virtualized networks
Analyze 4G/5G wireless call protocols and troubleshoot chipset IODT issues from lab and field
Support pre-sales activities and translate complex technical designs between sales teams and carrier networks
Drive customer engagement, technical deep dives, and new product rollouts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Background
12+ years of wireless industry experience
Strong expertise in 4G/5G RAN, air interface, and call processing technologies
Deep understanding of PHY, MAC, RLC, RRC, and PDCP layers
Hands‑on experience with tools such as XCAL, QXDM, Wireshark, Channel Emulator
Experience with 3GPP Rel‑15/16, Massive MIMO, Hybrid Beamforming, LTE‑NR interworking
