Responsibilities:
Develop product and feature requirements, system specifications, and performance analysis.
Analyze customer requirements and translate them into detailed system designs.
Conduct KPI performance analysis and troubleshoot 4G/5G wireless call protocols.
Support pre-sales activities and technical presentations to customers.
Educate customers on products and services, ensuring commitments are met.
Work with lab and field teams for chipset testing and network deployments.
Required Qualifications:
12+ years
of experience in wireless telecommunications (RAN focus).
Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (Advanced degree preferred).
Strong knowledge of
4G LTE & 5G NR architectures, call processing, PHY/MAC/RLC/RRC/PDCP layers .
Hands‑on experience with
RAN performance analysis, KPI optimization, and troubleshooting .
Commercial network 4G and 5G KPI performance analysis and debugging experience
Familiarity with
XCAL, QXDM, Wireshark, and channel emulators .
Understanding of
Hybrid Beamforming, Massive MIMO, LTE‑NR interworking, 5G numerologies .
Ability to present complex technical concepts to customers and cross‑functional teams.
US work authorization required (US Citizen / Green Card/ EAD).
Desired Skills:
Experience with 3GPP Release 15/16 specifications.
Exposure to software and hardware architecture in wireless systems.
Strong problem‑solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
