Responsibilities

Lead and develop a small IT team split between Service Desk and Systems Administration, setting clear priorities and accountability

Own day to day IT operations, ensuring reliable support, stable infrastructure, and minimal business disruption

Manage the IT Service Desk, including ticket workflows, SLAs, escalations, and continuous improvement

Oversee systems side infrastructure including servers, identity, endpoints, backups, security, and cloud resources

Plan and deliver multiple concurrent IT projects without dropping the ball or burning out the team

Serve as the point person for Microsoft technologies including Office 365, Teams, Active Directory, Windows Server, and Azure

Partner with leadership and business teams to align IT capabilities with real world business needs

What we're looking for

Deep, hands‑on experience managing an IT Service Desk

in a professional environment

Strong background in systems administration and infrastructure management

– not just theory

Proven track record of successfully running multiple IT projects at the same time

Expert level experience across the Microsoft stack

including O365, Teams, Active Directory, Windows Server, and Azure

Experience leading small technical teams

with a mix of support and systems responsibilities

Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management frameworks is a plus

Bonus points for experience supporting Power Platform and Dynamics 365
