to join a high-performing team supporting one of the nation's largest federal contracts. This is a

direct hire , on-site position offering strong bonus potential and excellent benefits.

Pay & Bonus

$17.20-$17.75 per hour

Monthly bonuses averaging $3,000+

Schedule (On-Site Only) Training Schedule:

Mon-Thu: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Fri: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Post-Training Flexible Schedule:

Mon-Thu: 8:00 AM-9:00 PM

Fri: 8:00 AM-7:00 PM

Must work

two evenings until 9 PM

each week

Role Overview As a Customer Support Representative, you'll handle a variety of customer interactions, research account details, and help resolve issues in a professional and compliant manner. Your communication skills and attention to detail will ensure customers receive accurate, timely, and respectful support.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with account inquiries

Use skip‑tracing tools to update contact and employment information

Negotiate payment arrangements and offer resolution options

Document all customer interactions thoroughly and accurately

Follow scripts, policies, and federal/state compliance regulations

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet service goals

What You'll Bring

High school diploma or GED

At least 1 year of customer service or collections experience

Strong verbal communication and problem‑solving skills

Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office

Ability to work independently in a structured environment

Bilingual skills are a plus
