Our client, a well-known global hospitality leader is seeking a solid accounting professional to prepare and review financial reporting and financial analysis for the business' operations.
What You'll Be Doing:
Prepare and consolidate financial statements and related footnotes across multiple jurisdictions under US GAAP, IFRS, and GASB standards.
Manage quarterly roll-forwards, top-side adjustments, and reconciliations for equity, investments, intercompany transactions, debt schedules, and derivative instruments.
Develop, automate, and analyze financial reporting for monthly, quarterly, and annual requirements, including fluctuation analysis to validate balances and treatments.
Lead and support financial system implementations, conversions, and process improvements.
Coordinate external audits and provide required documentation across jurisdictions.
Collaborate with accounting teams to implement new reconciliations and ensure accurate intercompany and subsidiary reporting.
Perform additional duties as assigned while fostering positive relationships with internal teams.
What They're Looking For:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting
2‑4+ years of relevant accounting experience
Multi‑entity organization and consolidations experience is a must
US GAAP experience and preferred knowledge of IFRS and/or GASB reporting
Strong communication and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial reporting tools
