Accept projects on a weekly basis, ensuring timely completion based on availability Conduct comprehensive patent searches and provide a detailed search history Prepare written opinions applying relevant prior art to specific disclosures Maintain proficiency in commercial patent searching databases and proprietary technical publications Ensure compliance with the employer's Code of Business Ethics and Corporate Conduct What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or a related field Minimum of 1 year of experience working with patents or in the intellectual property field Minimum of 1 year of work experience in the industry or advanced research in a related field Must pass USPTO Background check and ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance U.S. citizen or work‑eligible legal resident who has resided in the U.S. for the last two years How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
