Role Description As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Steve Womack - State Farm Agent, you will be vital to business operations and customers success. You will help to grow our agency by building meaningful customer relationships. You will improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services to meet their needs.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Qualifications
Self-motivated with a competitive spirit
Integrity and genuine care for customers well-being
Proven track record of meeting sales targets (preferred but not required)
Experience in insurance sales or account management (preferred but not required)
Requirements
Active Insurance License
(Property/Casualty and Life/Health Or must be able to obtain.)
Minimum of 12 years sales experience in insurance, financial services, or related fields.
Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on listening and relationship building.
Selfmotivated, goaloriented, and comfortable working in a fastpaced, commissionbased environment.
Strong organizational skills and proficiency with CRM platforms.
A passion for helping clients protect what matters most.
