$25.75 - $27.40 per hour, depending on grade level

Responsibilities
Work with the Continuous Improvement team to drive data‑based business initiatives
Support Continuous Improvement initiatives on site
Update and create Power BI dashboards to drive equipment reliability and uptime
Hands‑on and practical experience with Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and Business Intelligence using Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Microsoft Azure platforms
Hands‑on and practical experience with SQL, DAX, Power Query M, and REST APIs
Work in cross‑functional teams from quality, safety, and paper making to drive department initiatives
Work with vendors supplying high‑level services in all these areas
Interact with Operators who run our assets
Exposure to several first‑Quartile Assets in the Tissue Manufacturing business
Qualifications
Education Required: Currently enrolled in a 4‑year Computer Science, Data Engineering, Systems and Computer Engineering or related degree program and have completed at least 2 years
Must be fluent in Power BI, MS Office, Excel, Word, Power Point
Comfortable working with large data sets
Self‑motivated and execute tasks with an attention to detail
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills and be comfortable presenting information in front of groups
Able to work in a highly organized manner where detail, accuracy, confidentiality, balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines are critical
Knowledge of and practical experience with data analysis and SQL databases
A passion for problem‑solving using technology
A self‑starter who can conceptualize, design, and develop solutions for a wide range of problems
