Job Duties Corporate Policy Execution & Compliance Support Support the implementation and day-to-day execution of approved corporate policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to corporate services, facilities, fixed asset management, security and access control, and emergency response procedures.
Assist with maintaining policy documentation, version control, and recordkeeping.
Support internal communication of policy updates and procedural changes.
Assist with monitoring policy compliance in daily operations and flag potential gaps or inconsistencies to the Supervisor.
Support corrective action follow-up and related documentation as directed.
Fixed Asset Management Execution Execute fixed asset procedures including asset receiving, tagging, documentation, and system updates.
Maintain accurate asset records and support updates to the asset register.
Support asset movement, transfer, and disposal documentation in accordance with approved policies.
Assist with periodic physical inventory activities and reconciliation preparation.
Corporate Insurance & Compliance Support Support the maintenance of corporate insurance documentation, including vendor Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
Assist with tracking insurance-related records and compliance documentation.
Support incident documentation and claims-related administrative coordination as directed.
Budget & Cost Tracking Support Support tracking of OPEX and CAPEX expenditures related to corporate services, facilities, and projects.
Maintain cost-tracking spreadsheets and supporting documentation.
Assist with preparation of budget summaries and variance reports for Supervisor review.
Corporate Services & Operations Support Support daily corporate services and administrative operations.
Respond to internal service requests and assist with cross-functional coordination.
Support onboarding and offboarding activities from an operational perspective, including workspace setup, access coordination, and equipment preparation.
Coordinate vendor scheduling, documentation collection, and service follow-up.
Maintain organized records, logs, and reports related to corporate services activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in corporate services, operations support, administrative operations, or a related role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (tracking, logs, basic reporting)
Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
Ability to follow and execute established policies and procedures consistently
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to track issues, follow up, and elevate appropriately
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to coordinate across departments and with external vendors
Service-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability
Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
Experience supporting fixed asset tracking, insurance documentation, budgeting support, or vendor coordination
Experience in a manufacturing, technology, or multi-site corporate environment
Experience with ERP or asset management systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
Familiarity with document management platforms (SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or similar)
Experience maintaining structured logs, trackers, or compliance records
Location This position will be on-site based in Sugar Land, Texas.
