Base Pay Range
$150,000 - $175,000 per year
Summary We are currently seeking a New York City-based Litigation Associate Attorney with 4–6 years of complex litigation experience.
Candidates should have completed academic coursework in antitrust and/or intellectual property; direct, recent experience in these fields is highly preferred.
Minimum Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA‑Accredited School of Law
Active license in good standing in at least one State
Licensure in the State of New York highly preferred
4–6 years of complex litigation experience (Antitrust or intellectual property required)
Strong legal writing skills; expected to manage all aspects of complex litigation dockets with assistance from other team members
Working Hours Work may require more than 40 hours per week. Some domestic and/or international travel may be necessary.
Working Conditions Work is performed in a normal heated or air‑conditioned office environment in the firm’s midtown Manhattan office. This is not an opportunity for remote work.
Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $150,000–$175,000 annually, depending on experience, skills and qualifications. Potential for a year‑end discretionary bonus based on performance.
