Job Description Maintains the Epic Budget Tracker to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date financial information. Compiles actual spend incurred by various departments related to the project, ensuring only approved project expenses are included. Creates and initiates allocations associated with the project to distribute costs appropriately. Compiles monthly data required to populate financial reports and dashboards. Reconciles and validates monthly financial and statistical data to ensure accuracy. Participates in the monthly close process, posting journal entries, and creating facility transfers. Compiles and publishes updated benchmark survey data for financial analysis. Creates and compiles schedules for the annual budget process to support financial planning. Provides financial information and analysis for ad‑hoc reports or decision support needs. Develops and tracks key performance indicators to monitor financial health. Maintains appropriate documentation and audit trails for all financial activities. Monitors work to ensure quality, accuracy, and thoroughness with data.
Qualification Requirements Bachelor's (Required)
Pay Range $54,680.66 - $101,717.57
