Key Responsibilities
Lease apartments and maintain strong closing ratios
Deliver exceptional service to prospects and residentsMaintain in‑depth knowledge of the community, local area, amenities, and competitors
Confidently present community features and overcome leasing objections
Conduct phone and in‑person leasing presentations
Prepare leases and coordinate move‑in appointments
Pre‑qualify applicants according to resident selection criteria
Obtain credit reports and verify employment and rental history
Perform outreach marketing, corporate calls, and competitive market surveys
Recommend marketing strategies to improve occupancy
Assist with general office and administrative duties
Actively contribute to a positive team culture at both the property and company level
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous leasing experience preferred
Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work with individuals from all backgrounds
Strong communication and customer service skills
Valid Driver’s License
