Base Pay Range
$65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute audit engagements (GAAP, GASB, FASB, GAAS) under the supervision of senior management.
Prepare organized, concise workpapers and annual DCED reports.
Perform financial statement analysis and identify critical accounting or audit issues.
Evaluate client internal controls and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Assist in the preparation of individual and business income tax returns.
Communicate effectively with clients during fieldwork and throughout the year to maintain strong relationships.
Qualifications
2+ years of audit experience within a public accounting or CPA firm environment.
Strong understanding of GAAP, GASB, FASB, and GAAS.
Proven experience with income tax preparation (individual and business) and financial statement preparation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with CCH ProSystem fx and/or Lacerte is preferred.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
Willingness to travel (limited) for local audit fieldwork.
