Kaza Real Estate is hiring a full-time, on-site Real Estate Team Leader to build and lead a high-performing agent team in Orlando.
This role is for a proven producer and leader who can recruit, coach, and drive weekly accountability, while leveraging Kaza’s competitive split structure, training, and in-house marketing, lead generation, and audiovisual production support. No monthly fees.
Mandatory Requirements
Authorized to work legally in the United States without requiring sponsorship, now or in the future
Ability to bring a minimum of 5 licensed realtors to launch the team
What you will do
Recruit, onboard, and lead a team of real estate agents with clear standards and accountability
Drive team performance through coaching, weekly pipeline reviews, and roleplay training
Develop and execute sales and brokerage strategies aligned with Kaza’s goals
Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and repeat business
Maintain compliance, quality standards, and consistent operational excellence
Collaborate with internal marketing and media production to elevate agents’ personal brands and listings

Preferred Qualifications
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and coach
Experience in brokerage and commercial real estate
Demonstrated team leadership and management ability
Results-driven mindset with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with real estate software and tools (MLS, Zillow, etc)
Experience with CRM and sales funnels (preferred, not required - we offer training)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred, not required)
