Contract Role | HR Technology Analyst in Chattanooga TN
1 year contract with possible extension
Pay Range: $60 - 70.67/hour on w2
Responsibilities
Promotes a people-first culture throughout the organization; exhibits and encourages exceptional performance and teamwork across the HR&C organization. Fosters a culture of accountability, trust, collaboration, development, and results aligned with the short- and long-term objectives of HR&C.
Responsible for ensuring business-specific requirements are incorporated during product development and for coordinating all system acceptance measures. Reviews product roadmaps and evaluates the feasibility of new functionality. Supports system upgrades by preparing required communications and organizing test cycles with system specialists and users.
Acts as a key contributor in maintaining data integrity by monitoring requested and entered data. Executes, reviews, and responds to data audit findings; recommends and initiates corrective actions. Manages system access, security, and related audits. Responsible for system testing, interface maintenance, security roles, and configuration.
Works with external vendors to ensure data integrity across various HR&C processes. Manages interdependencies between internal and external systems, including single and bi-directional data feeds among HR systems, external vendors, and other internal HR&C and IT systems.
Troubleshoots and analyzes system issues and deficiencies; identifies and recommends solutions. Maintains in-depth HR data knowledge and a thorough understanding of how internal and external customers use HR data. Identifies and analyzes new data requirements and provides alternative solutions.
Ensures data integrity and consistency while complying with internal data retention, retrieval, and disposal policies. Monitors and maintains solution center–related system processes. Performs other job-related duties
