What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Source and engage candidates for Product & Engineering roles across multiple teams

Flexibly manage top-of-funnel sourcing and support recruiters with targeted pipeline assistance

Build and maintain strong pipelines of diverse, high-quality technical candidates

Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify competitive talent pools

Track sourcing activity and pipeline health using data and metrics to inform efforts

What is Required (Qualifications)

Experience in recruiting or sourcing, ideally for technical roles in Product or Engineering

Ability to manage multiple sourcing efforts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a candidate-first approach

Data-informed mindset to track progress and measure sourcing effectiveness

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous experience supporting technical roles in a high-growth environment

Familiarity with various sourcing tools and platforms

Strong organizational skills and proactive approach to sourcing

Experience collaborating with hiring managers and recruiters on role requirements
