Respond promptly to payroll questions, aiming for first‑call resolution
Accurately log all calls to track service inquiries and resolutions
Analyze requests to identify the root cause of payroll issues
Investigate submitted requests and propose effective solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 1 year of payroll experience
Experience in high-volume customer service environments
Intermediate level of MS Excel skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to work under strict deadlines
Workday experience preferred

Previous experience in a payroll role within a similar industry
Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance standards
Familiarity with customer service best practices
