What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as an expert for complex technical issues escalated from the L1 support team
Collaborate across departments including Engineering, Product Management, and Project Management
Document resolutions in CRM and mentor junior product support specialists
Support customer resources in First Article Testing (FAT) and System Acceptance Testing (SAT)
Lead the creation of standard operating procedures for technical elements of the system
What is Required (Qualifications)
5 - 7 years of experience in a related field
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science preferred
Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and troubleshooting
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience with Oracle or SQL Server databases is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Utility operations experience
Background in software quality testing
Experience with wireless technologies
Familiarity with Unix, Networking, and Scripting
Ability to perform Web service/Rest API testing using SOAP UI
