Position: Mid–Senior level Human Resources Manager. Full‑time. Manufacturing site.
About the Role Be the HR Partner for the Spartanburg Site Leader and VP General Manager of Instrumentation & Sampling. Play a pivotal role as Human Resources Manager for our Spartanburg manufacturing facility and U.S. Instrumentation & Sampling business. Partner directly with senior leadership to influence business success through people.

Talent Acquisition: Own the hiring process from sourcing to selection, building a strong candidate pipeline.

Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, resolving issues and fostering a positive workplace.
Performance & Rewards: Guide salary appraisals and ensure fair, consistent merit processes.
Policy & Compliance: Support policy creation and ensure adherence to HR, safety, and quality standards.
Culture Building: Drive engagement initiatives that boost morale and productivity.
What We’re Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (PHR/SPHR preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in an HR Manager role.
5+ years of progressive HR experience in a dynamic environment.
Skills: Strong influencing ability, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and PeopleSoft, and exceptional communication skills.
