Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance
Accurately cost inventory to jobs and maintain production-related financial data
Update hourly shop reports to support production scheduling
Process biweekly payroll
Manage accounts payable, including invoice processing and receivers
Monitor cash flow through daily bank reconciliations and weekly check runs
Prepare and maintain financial reports, including monthly income statements and bank reports
Track and maintain key performance indicator (KPI) snapshots
