Base pay range: $93,600.00/yr – $124,800.00/yr. $93,600–$124,800 annually, depending on experience and ERP expertise.

This role is highly hands‑on and accounting‑focused, with full ownership of month‑end close, along with responsibility for bank reconciliations, invoicing, and payroll backup.

Manage and support customer invoicing and revenue tracking
Ensure proper accounting documentation and adherence to internal controls
Support day‑to‑day accounting operations in a lean environment
Partner with leadership to provide reliable financial information
Qualifications
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong hands‑on accounting background with full ownership of month‑end close
Experience with bank reconciliations, invoicing, and payroll support
ERP Acumatica experience required
Manufacturing or distribution accounting experience preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Work Setting 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (On‑site)
