What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage day-to-day responsibilities for over 50 properties on the Veritec platform, including rate management and setting discounts.
Analyze multiple data points to inform decisions about rate changes.
Communicate regularly with property teams and regional managers about rate management topics.
Lead monthly meetings and quarterly training sessions for property teams.
Assist with onboarding new properties and continuous development of the Veritec program.
What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 2 years of rate management experience or experience in a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft programs, especially Excel.
Ability to travel by car or airplane up to 25% of the time.
Strong communication skills, both in-person and through technology.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or an analytical field.
Experience with data analysis and decision-making in a revenue management context.
Familiarity with competitor analysis and rate setting strategies.
