Hardware/software support

Desktop support helping a wide range of end users; Responding to tickets; Maintaining office technology; Front facing customer service; Level 1 & Level 2 software support; enterprise level; Backend office; MS Office Support; MS Intune Active Directory; Remote Management; Incident Request Management

Must Have Skills:

Good technical skills, good customer service

Nice to have skills:

Banking or law firm support work,

Experience with Apple iOS

Adobe Acrobat

5+ years

Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred, if no degree, they will need 5 years extra experience
