Field Support Analyst
with our commercial real estate client in Tulsa, OK. This is a 4-month contract with a potential for extension.
Pay:
$20.00 – $24.00/hr ; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday: 8am -5pm (CST)
Description Resource’s typical working day:
General desktop support
Hardware/software support
Desktop support helping a wide range of end users
Responding to tickets
Maintaining office technology
Front-facing customer service
Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level
Backend office MS Office Support
MS Intune
Active Directory
Remote management
Incident Request Management
Must Have Skills:
Good technical skills, Good customer service
Nice to have skills:
Banking or law firm support work
Experience with Apple iOS
Adobe Acrobat
Years of Experience:
5 years
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, if no degree, they will need 5 years extra experience
Software skills:
MS Intune, Ticketing Systems, MS Office Suite
Overview of Work Environment:
Supporting corporate office, work independently, but will have virtual team of support as well
