Mid-Senior level Responsibilities
Monitoring and analyzing enterprise networks and network devices such as switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, encryptors, etc. Provide expert technical guidance and support to the Government, Project Lead, and other Network Analyst in support of monitoring and managing the customer networks. Maintain awareness of trends and best practices related to networks, technology and IT‑related topics and provide recommendations on possible improvements or changes to customer systems and processes. Serve as initial point of contact to resolve networking problems. Use the Enterprise Network Monitoring Platform to analyze and provide data and documentation related to the network performance of any or all network components. Provide high‑quality and professional customer service in all interactions. Qualifications
3+ years of networking experience with specialization in Cisco switches and routers and resolving LAN/WAN issues. Experience with network routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, etc. SD‑WAN experience at the enterprise level. Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Riverbed, Wireshark, etc.) Knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, and access control lists. Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain an SCI. Willingness to work on‑site in Huntsville, AL (overnight shift Tuesday‑Saturday). Strong analytical and scripting (Python) skills. Benefits
