What you will be doing:
Lead consultations and convert potential clients
Draft and review wills, trusts (including revocable trusts, MAPTs, and special needs trusts), POAs, and advanced directives
Guide clients with empathy and clarity throughout the planning process
Mentor junior attorneys and support staff
Identify legal strategies for Medicaid and long-term care planning
Drive business development through community engagement and referral relationships
Experience you will need:
NY-licensed attorney with 4+ years of client-facing estate planning/elder law experience
Strong interpersonal and client communication skills
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Empathetic, professional, and proactive
