Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our litigation team. Candidates with 2 years of experience are preferred, but we will also consider recent law school graduates with strong writing skills and a demonstrated interest in personal injury or civil litigation.
This position offers meaningful responsibility early on, direct mentorship from experienced trial attorneys, and the opportunity to contribute to high‑value cases that make a real difference in clients lives.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery demands, and motions.
Conduct legal research and assist with case preparation and trial strategy.
Attend court conferences, depositions, and mediations.
Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
Support senior attorneys throughout all stages of litigation.
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school; admission (or pending admission) to the New York Bar.
02 years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation preferred.
Professional or conversational proficiency in Spanish, Polish and/or Urdu a plus.
Excellent legal writing, research, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Technical proficiency preferred experience with Microsoft Office and case management systems (SmartAdvocate a plus).
Team‑oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
