+ Manual dampers and supporting hardware

+ Flex and sheet metal ductwork and associated duct fittings in light commercial and residential buildings

+ Copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including brazing and soldering

+ HVAC related equipment including split systems and roof top units up to 20 tons* Design/draw necessary duct fittings in the field to facilitate installation* Wire both low and line voltage to cooling and heating equipment* Pre-measure jobs to determine material required for installation* Receive material and equipment required for each job, confirm accuracy and transport to job site* Ensure proper installation of gas line connections to heating equipment* Complete readings on machines and take necessary steps based on readings* Accurately complete required job documentation in a timely manner* Work with other team members and departments to meet job/project deadlines and specifications**Physical Requirements:*** Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions* Ability to work at heights* Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and carry up to 25 lbs.* Must be able to climb and work on ladders, scaffolding and stairs* Must be able to stand for long periods of time as well as stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl in order to work in tight spaces* Must be able to work within confined spaces* Must be able to communicate effectively with employees and customers* Must be able to use hands to reach for, grasp and manipulate objects**Education and Experience Requirements:*** Must be a high school or trade school graduate or have a GED* Must hold a Universal Refrigerant certificate or be willing to obtain* 1 to 3 years’ experience of HVAC installation* Strong verbal and written communication skills* Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of various HVAC equipment* Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driver qualification policy #J-18808-Ljbffr
