Kua Candy (recently acquired Impact Confections Manufacturing) is seeking a Machine Operator on it’s
3rdShift
for its Janesville, Wisconsin facility. On-the-job training is available for highly motivated and reliable candidates with manufacturing experience.
The hours for the 3rd Shift are 10:45pm to 7:00am. Some weekends may be required during peak season.
SUMMARY
Set up and operate machinery to safely and efficiently to produce candy products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate machines, including troubleshooting, cleanup, setup, basic quality control, and waste control.
Responsible for setting up machines.
Responsible for meeting product throughput standards.
Responsible for keeping the line supplied with materials at all times.
Leads general manufacturing team members assigned to the line.
Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure the quality of the product based on position responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience Prior food manufacturing experience is preferred.
Computer Skills, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Requires Company certification for operation of electric pallet jacks and forklifts.
