SUMMARY The Logistics Project Analyst ensures all activities mapped in the Logistics Project Plan happen as planned on time and within budget. Responsible for the follow‑up of each activity with the corresponding stakeholders, identifying and calling out any risks that may affect the committed timeline, he/she must conduct periodic meetings with the Project Team and/or Key Stakeholders involved in the Project according to the RACI Matrix, making sure the Project is completed and delivered on‑time meeting Business Expectations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Identify Steering Committee, Sponsors, Coordinators and Project team.

Identify CPS (Critical Path Schedule), Predicting and Parallel activities.

Lead and motivate project teams across multiple departments or disciplines.

Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary.

Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Report regularly on project status, milestones, and financials to leadership and stakeholders.

Manage vendor and third‑party relationships, as needed.

Facilitate project meetings, documentation, and approvals.

Promote best practices in project management and continuous improvement.

Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the overall supervision, coordination, and timely execution of the project plan. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include following up on each milestone delivery and confirming execution through evidence of task deliverable. Accountable for interviewing, defining, and confirming each task with key stakeholders; appraising performance; rewarding and calling out delayed activities or irresponsible team players; addressing complaints, resolving problems and escalating issues to management if necessary.

EDUCATION AND OR EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s Degree preferred plus (2) years of experience and/or combination of related experience and/or training. Preferred certifications: PMP, Prince2, Lean Manufacturing, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Continuous Improvement Methodology. Preferred experience or background in Logistics, Warehousing, Planning or Supply Chain Processes.

LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Proven effective interpersonal skills. Native English speaker, ideally with Spanish medium level.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to read, interpret and update formulas.

REASONING ABILITY Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

COMPUTER SKILLS, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Proficiency with project management tools (e.g.: MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira, Autocad). Ability to learn application software essential to performing job tasks.
