Behavioral Health Case Manager I - Western Kansas

This is a field-based role. The successful clinician will meet with members in facilities and/or homes. Kansas licensed master’s level clinicians living in
Dodge City, Garden City, Liberal, Hays, Scott City, Norton, Phillipsburg, Smith Center, St Francis, Goodland, Ulysses, Lakin, Ness City, Hutchinson, Pratt, Hugoton, Great Bend, Marysville, Junction City, Manhattan
are encouraged to apply.
Location Field – travel to client sites or designated locations; occasional office attendance.
Responsibilities
Use screening criteria and clinical judgment to assess member needs.
Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate effectiveness.
Support member access to quality and cost‑effective care.
Coordinate with internal and external resources and collaborate with providers.
Qualifications
MA/MS in social work, counseling, or related behavioral health field; or nursing degree with minimum 3 years clinical experience in social work counseling with complex psychiatric and substance abuse treatment.
Current active unrestricted license such as RN, LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW or Clinical Psychologist to practice in Kansas.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in case management, telephonic and/or in-person coaching with members with complex psychiatric/substance abuse and/or medical disorders.
