Collaborate with faculty to enhance the online learning experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
Master’s Degree or equivalent education and experience
Background in a relevant field to support course delivery and instruction
Competency in modern business principles and practices
Previous experience in online education or teaching preferred
Completion of a Penn State online master’s or graduate certificate is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with the specific subject areas listed in the job description, such as Financial Accounting, Marketing Management, and Supply Chain Management
Previous experience working with adult learners or in a professional educational setting
Knowledge of online teaching tools and technology
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
