Job Responsibilities

Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Understand patients' individual needs and develop effective therapy strategies that help them reach their personal goals.

Implement Evidence-Based Therapies: Apply proven methods that enhance motor functions, cognition, and the ability to engage in daily activities.

Collaborate with a Dedicated Team: Coordinate with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, holistic care.

Educate Patients and Their Families: Provide guidance and instruction to ensure that therapy techniques are understood and executed at home.

Track and Evaluate Progress: Monitor patient development and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure progress is consistently made.

Ideal Candidate Profile

An accredited degree in Occupational Therapy.

Continuous professional development and additional certifications are valued and supported.

Required Certifications

Valid

OTR/L

license.

Certification from the

NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy).
