Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in concert with other OTs, PTs, STs, medical practitioners, and nursing staff to guarantee thorough and holistic care.
Educate Patients and Caregivers: Provide guidance to patients and their families regarding therapeutic methodologies to ensure continuity of progress at home.
Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical results and fine-tune treatment approaches when necessary to maintain patient progress.
Education
Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported.
Licensing and Certifications
Current
Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
license.
NBCOT
(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a prerequisite.
