Job Summary
We are seeking a bilingual, dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and will demonstrate a strong commitment to patient well‑being, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.

Duties
Assist healthcare providers in delivering patient care by preparing examination rooms and ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies.
Perform vital signs assessments, including measuring blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and respiratory rate.
Support patients in understanding their treatment plans and provide education on medication administration, including inhalation techniques for respiratory therapies.
Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems to maintain up-to-date medical histories.
Experience & Qualifications
Previous experience as a Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist.
Familiarity with electronic health records (eClinicalWorks) required.
Proficiency in English and Spanish required.
Basic Life Support certification required; additional certifications such as EKG and Phlebotomy are a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
