About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) and Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to join our behavioral health teams in Mesa, Arizona. This is a full‑time opportunity focused on night and weekend shifts in both crisis and inpatient behavioral health settings. As a vital member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care, support unit safety, and assist individuals experiencing behavioral health crises, substance use challenges, homelessness, or mental illness. Monitor patient safety and identify behavioral or environmental concerns Respond appropriately to behavioral and medical crises Collaborate with clinical and operational team members Accurately document patient observations and interactions Qualifications
Required High school diploma or GED Preferred Associate’s degree or higher At least 2 years of experience or post‑secondary education in healthcare or behavioral health settings Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience with substance abuse, crisis intervention, and mental illness Comfortable with restraints, including CPI holds Familiarity with Title 36 regulations Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay:
$16–$20 (based on experience) Shift Differentials:
