Job Title: CAE Engineer

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CAE Engineer to support structural analysis activities for off-highway and agricultural equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in finite element analysis (FEA), including linear and non-linear simulations, and will work closely with design teams to ensure robust and reliable product performance.
Key Responsibilities
Perform structural analysis on off-highway and agricultural products
Conduct static linear and non-linear simulations, including handling multiple non-linearities
Develop and converge non-linear FE models efficiently
Perform bolt joint analysis and interpret results
Define and implement FE methodologies based on project requirements
Review, interpret, and present analysis results to design engineers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support design decisions
Required Experience & Skills
Strong background in structural FEA for heavy equipment or similar products
Hands‑on experience with linear and non-linear analysis techniques
Solid understanding of machine design fundamentals and strength of materials
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Tool Knowledge
Structural Analysis:
HyperMesh, HyperView, OptiStruct and/or Abaqus
Fatigue Assessment:
TFAT, FEMFAT, nCode, or similar tools
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
