Bravo Recruiting Solutions is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team on a 12-week contract basis. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help improve their physical mobility and overall well‑being. You will assess each patient's needs and develop personalized treatment plans to help them regain strength, flexibility, and function.
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical condition and medical history
Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs and goals
Provide hands‑on therapy, exercises, and stretches to improve mobility and function
Educate patients and their families on proper exercises and techniques they can do at home to improve their condition
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and nurses, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of patient treatment and progress
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
CPR certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Prior experience working as a Physical Therapist preferred
Location: Omaha & Lincoln areas
